On your Veriphi Dashboard:

  • On the Identity Verification banner, select Get Started.

  • If you are a Company, click on the switch to update your form, else proceed with the form as is.

  • Only a company administrator can fill out the form.

  • Fill out the Identification form by typing in the appropriate information in each box.

  • All fields must be filled out truthfully.

  • Upload the front and back of your government issued ID.

  • This can include your driver’s license, your health care card, your passport, and your citizenship card.

  • Upload a proof of residence.

  • This can include a utility service bill (gas, electricity, water, etc.), a phone, internet or cable bills or a government letter.

  • Bank or credit card statements are not accepted.

  • We only accept Canadian proofs of residence and the document must be less than 3 months old.

  • You can now send us an Interac e-Transfer to fund your account!

  • It will be accepted once we validate your KYC application.
